About Torizon

Established in November of 2017, Torizen is a "ramen/izakaya" style restaurant concentrating on traditional Japanese dishes and the only restaurant in Illinois, specializing in Sapporo-style ramen noodle soup. Our owner/chef has had over 20 years of experience as a chef and will strive to create, serve the best Japanese food, Torizen has to offer.
